Objective: To explore the application effects of continuous quality improvement during endocrine care. Methods: Sixty patients treated by our endocrinology department from September 2018 to October 2019 were taken as the research object of this experiment. The patients were divided into a reference group and a study group according to the digital random method. Among them, the reference group used conventional nursing methods, and the research group added continuous quality improvement based on conventional nursing methods, and compared the nursing quality score and satisfaction score under two different nursing modes after nursing. Results: Using the continuous quality improvement study group, the nursing quality score was (93.14 ± 2.67) points and the satisfaction score was (94.63 ± 3.58) points; while the reference group using conventional nursing methods, the nursing quality score and satisfaction score were ( 84.63 ± 1.47) minutes, (82.66 ± 2.74) minutes. There was significant statistical significance between the two groups of data, with comparability (P <0.05). Conclusion: Applying continuous quality improvement measures to the nursing of patients with endocrine diseases can effectively improve the specificity of nursing and have a positive effect on improving the quality of nursing and patient satisfaction.
