Objective: This study aims to explore the application and effect of clinical nursing in patients with chronic gastric ulcer. Methods: 80 patients in our hospital from January to December 2019 were randomly selected in this study. All the patients were divided into control group (40 cases) and experimental group (40 cases). The control group was given routine nursing and the experimental group was given individualized nursing. The total duration oftreatment and symptom disappearance, treatment effect, patient satisfaction and mental state of the two groups were observed and evaluated. Results: the effective rate and satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the treatment time and symptom disappearance time were lower than those in the control group. Conclusion: Individualized nursing can significantly improve the treatment effect and patients' satisfaction, relieve patients' anxiety and depression.
